North Carolina FFA Degree Requirements

The State FFA degree is a high honor among FFA members and thus requires a great deal of dedication for those who seek it. If you meet all of the following requirements, Congratulations! You are eligible to receive the North Carolina FFA Degree

Members who wish to obtain this degree must meet the following requirements:

- Have held FFA membership for at least 2 years

- Have received a Chapter degree

- Have an active SAE project

- Have invested either $1,000 OR 300 hours into their SAE

- Have participated in at least 5 FFA activities ABOVE the chapter level

- Have given a 6 minute speech on a topic related to agriculture

-  Have performed 10 parliamentary law procedures

- Have participated in 25 hours of Community Service Activities in at least 2 different activities that DID NOT BENEFIT FFA and NOT DUPLICATED AS AN SAE
